Kuroneko

The mysterious employer of the Akudama who speaks through a robotic black cat. They enlist the Akudama to rescue Cutthroat and later hijack the Shinkansen.

They are later revealed to be an immortal boy attempting to—alongside his sister—escape their fates as vessels to maintain the Kanto supercomputer.
