This week's choice was a continuation of the FLCL journey and rather than it being a direct sequel it just takes place in the future with new people and with only 2 consistent characters from the first one. The story was a little similar but at the same time it was different and there were more characters that it focused on than it did in the first one.For Rick, This was far better than the first season as it was one that he could relate to better and found it far more entertaining. He liked the story and how the characters were written out. Jack on the other hand did not think it was as good or funny as the first one. He felt like the magic just was not there as much as it was like in the first season. They Both however did see problems with the story as a whole but overall had fun with it.
