She, The Ultimate Weapon follows Chise and Shuuji a high school couple. Only, Chise is a weapon and the world is at war. Though they never say what the war was about. And Shuuji is trying to figure out his feelings and learn about what is happening to Chise. With him being an ass to her and problems at every turn ending with the world being destroyed leaving Shuuji being a lone survivor.
